EDI MODULE

FOP EDI module can generate structured Tradacoms EDI and Batch.co.uk electronic messages. It can send invoice, credit note, delivery note and acknowledgement messages, and process Tradacoms EDI orders.

It allows you to setup relationships with the business partners whom you want to trade with electronically. It holds a full history. This is why publishers such as Cavendish Publishing use our EDI module to process orders and sending our electronic messages to the large bookshop chains.

Offers import of your daily EDI orders from Whitakers' Teleorders, into the Sales Orders processing module, as standard. Whitakers can convert your Teleorders into EDI for use with this module (contact Whitakers for their charges).

Imported orders, are displayed in a very user-friendly manner awaiting client approval (rejected orders are held in an message file until re-approved or purged).

EDI invoices, credit notes and delivery notes sent to your customers (not supplied as standard).
