The key to marketing is to know precisely who your customers are and what they are buying, so that new and similar products may be offered to them first.

FOP Marketing module helps you to select your best customers and your worst customers, so that by ranking them, you can give your best service to your best customers only. Our system can allow you to discriminate on 80/20 rule basis, that is, we can identify the 20% of your customers that contribute to 80% of your overall turnover, this is generally true of most businesses. It will help you spend less money on losers, and help you to also study the buying habit of the top 20% so that it will help you to influence the buying habit of the next 20%.

The powerful reasons for discriminating is that, it is much more costly to acquire new customers than to retain the existing customers. The more you know about what keeps your customers happy, and keeps them wanting to buy more from you, the better you be at acquiring new ones. FOP Marketing module will help you to study and rank your customers using the RFM (Recency, Frequency and Monetary) analysis technique. This is because, your best customers are those who:
Recency: bought from you most recently (last 12 months)
Frequently: buy from you frequently (last 12 months)
Monetary: that spend a lot of money on your products (last 12 months)

The Marketing module contains advanced searches to customer record, sales transactions, customers interest, subject taught, sales orders with the result being mail-merged for output to printer, saved as file, or emailed to those with email addresses only. Each marketing search can be attached to campaign for monitoring purposes and for ensuring a customer is not mailed twice under the same campaign.

Subject Interests: You can attach unlimited subject interests to prospects and customer's account. The FOP Marketing module integrates the subjects interests stored against customers with customers buying history to generate a list of potential customers for you promotion.


Each mail shot is uniquely recorded under a campaign heading for monitoring and review purposes.
